• Working as part of a team including customers and end users to understand requirements and ratify software solutions.

Requirements

Systems Architect

These roles are responsible for the successful operation and support of application environments worldwide. They are responsible for overseeing application policies and procedures to ensure the integrity and availability of customer facing applications.

Online Learning Designer

Job Summary

The successful candidate will play an important role in achieving this transformation as they will play a key role in conceptualising, designing and delivering inspiring e-learning packages and an online professional development space for teachers to learn how to use and apply technology in the classroom, in order to improve teaching and learning outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Regional Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be a charismatic presence based in their regional location.  You will be working with a number of different stakeholders in order to  create commitment amongst Senior Teachers within your region  to adopt and use  the Frog VLE.  You will be expected to recruit and build a thriving community of volunteer teacher advocates who are able to apply FrogAsia educational technology solutions into their curriculum and teaching and agree to support others to do the same.

Role Summary
The successful candidate will be part of a team supporting the Ministry of Education’s coach
programme. This programme is pivotal in supporting the MOE to bring about the adoption of new
technology into schools by supporting schools and individual teachers to apply FrogAsia educational
technology solutions into their teaching and learning.


Your role will be to facilitate relevant training with the MOE coaches and coach them through a mixture
of individual and group sessions to excellent performance.

training sessions held and coaching completed.

Frog Advocate programme align and mutually support each other.

User Experience Architect

As the UX Architect, you shall be responsible for the ensuring the end to end user experience of all product developments are fit for purpose and consistent across the various products. More specifically, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to those that are normally undertaken by the UX Architect.

Facilitate the research and development of new user journeys through end user testing, surveys and prototyping

Design and build a series of personas to ensure clarity around target users and their respective requirements

Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, mockups and prototypes optimised for the target audiences and devices

Translate concepts and ideas in to wireframes that lead to intuitive user experiences

Work amongst the product delivery teams to ensure consistency and adherence to the user experiences defined

Ensure all design decisions are documented and evidenced through user studies, reports and research
