Manage all marketing activities and campaigns towards achieving the company and business objective(s), right from ideation to planning, execution, and evaluation. This role will work and collaborate with various stakeholders within the Marketing team as well as cross-functional teams to manage the entire campaign process and ensures the success and effectiveness of the campaign.
a) Devise integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of driving company’s business objectives, eg: product awareness, adoption, and utilization
b) Project-manage to ensure effective implementation, tracking and measurement of campaigns
c) Brief and oversee the work of all relevant stakeholders (internal and external), who will deliver and/produce the campaign activity
d) Ensure all campaigns and activities are executed on time and on budget
e) Ensure accuracy and alignment of all marketing contents and materials with the defined campaign objectives and key messaging
f) Ensure that the organization’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all campaign materials/channels
g) Track, report and evaluate campaign results and KPIs
h) Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns
i) Manage the approved budget for all marketing campaigns
j) Lead the Campaign team to ensure they perform well in their roles and deliver all required tasks and responsibilities
k) Keep abreast of current trends in marketing and within the edu-technology industry

d) Good analytical and numerical skills
e) Minimum 3 years experience in B2C/B2B marketing and campaign management
f) Candidate will be based in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur and may require occasional travel within Malaysia as work involves schools across Malaysia
