Role Summary
Manage all content for marketing and communications campaigns towards achieving the company and business objective(s), right from ideation to planning, execution, and evaluation. This role will work and collaborate with various stakeholders within the Marketing team as well as cross-functional teams to execute the entire content creation process towards an effective and successful campaign outcome.

 

Key Responsibilities
a) Accountable for all communications and content marketing campaigns and activities to drive awareness and engagements, in alignment with the business objectives and ongoing marketing initiatives
b) Collaborates with team members and across functions to deliver effective content marketing strategy and campaigns, on time and on budget
c) Seek to understand what and how the target audience consumes information, thus creating compelling ideas and content that will optimize the audiences’ path to action, eg: participation in the adoption program, product utilization etc.
d) Research to develop, write or curate content for various communication formats and channels including company’s website, social media, digital channels, email and video marketing, media feature etc.
e) Strategic deployment of the right communication channels to will best deliver the content to achieve the campaign outcomes and objectives
f) Ensure all content is consistent with our key messaging, brand standards and positioning and tone of voice
g) Develop and manage company’s website/digital/social media’s content calendar and workflows
h) Campaign performance tracking, analysis, and optimization on a regular and ongoing basis
i) Keep abreast of current trends in content marketing, digital marketing, SEM/SEO, content management j) systems, social media advertising, and optimization

 

Role requirement
a) Highly proficient in English copywriting, editorial and communication. Proficiency in BM would be an added advantage.
b) Strong ideation, planning and campaign management skills.
c) Minimum 3 years experience in B2C/B2B content marketing and digital/social media and content management systems.
d) Candidate will be based in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur and may require occasional travel within Malaysia as work involves schools across Malaysia.
